SICA is managed by a Public Charitable Trust duly registered known as SICA Educational Trust.  The Chairman, trustees and all other School Committee Members in the guidance of the Convenor are rendering the services on an honorary basis.  The surplus earned by the school is ploughed back for educational purpose. Now the SICA College has also come up. Trust is assisted by an able and efficient school managing committee consisting of educationists, administrators and managers also rendering their services on  honorary basis.  The school has also an effective PTA to have better communication and effective participation in academic management.
